1. Acceptance of Technical Standards

By accessing the MCIP Monitoring Center (the "Center") at bassbet-support.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable technical standards governing the protection of proprietary media assets. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and the Media Compliance & IP Monitoring Center. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing the infrastructure or utilizing any technical resources provided herein.

2. Proprietary Media Assets & Intellectual Property

All digital assets, including but not limited to UI frameworks, visual elements, media streams, cryptographic signatures, and technical documentation, are the exclusive property of the enterprise infrastructure associated with bassbet.com. Unauthorized reproduction, mirroring, or cloning of these assets is a direct violation of international intellectual property laws and will be met with immediate technical enforcement actions. The Center reserves the right to deploy automated countermeasures to protect the integrity of its digital entertainment ecosystem.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement Protocol

The Center employs advanced surveillance technologies to monitor global digital nodes for unauthorized signal mirroring and brand impersonation. Users acknowledge that their interaction with the Center's infrastructure may be logged for security and compliance auditing purposes. Technical enforcement actions, including the issuance of "BB-SEC" reference notices, are conducted in accordance with the Media Integrity Protocol. Any attempt to bypass or interfere with these monitoring systems is strictly prohibited.

4. Auditor Credentials & Reporting

Authorized auditors utilizing the Submission Portal must maintain the highest standards of technical accuracy. The submission of false or misleading evidence regarding content misuse is a violation of these terms and may result in the permanent revocation of auditor credentials. All reports are cryptographically signed and archived as part of the official Action Log. The Center does not guarantee immediate resolution of reported issues but commits to a systematic review based on threat level classification.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Center provides technical resources and monitoring data on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 99.99% uptime and absolute data accuracy, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the monitoring infrastructure. In no event shall the Center or its infrastructure partners be liable for any technical disruptions, data inaccuracies, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the provided resources.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the enterprise infrastructure is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising from the enforcement of these terms or the protection of proprietary media assets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within said jurisdiction.
